Oxford and Cambridge Society of India in collaboration with DAG Modern is pleased to announce an evening of exploring art through an exclusive show, The Spirit of Modern Indian Art. An exhibition, of over 75 works of eminent Indian artists is being curated specially for the OCSI on April 13, 2017 at The Leela Palace Hotel, Africa Avenue, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi.

Well known art scholar, poet and Chairperson of Raza Foundation, Mr Ashok Vajpeyi, has kindly agreed to speak to us about the ‘Spirit of Modern Indian Art’.

This will be followed by cocktails and snacks during which members can further explore the exhibition.

6:30 pm: Registration
7:00 pm: Welcome address by Mr. Vikram Lall, President, OCSI
7.05 pm: Talk by Mr. Ashok Vajpeyi, Noted art scholar, poet and Chairperson of Raza Foundation
7.25 pm: Briefing about the exhibition by Mr Kishore Singh, President, DAG
7.30 pm: Guided tour of the exhibition
8:00 pm: Cocktails and snacks
