Dr Jagdish Sheth
Known globally for his scholarly contributions in global competitive strategy, geopolitics, emerging markets, leadership, consumer behaviour amongst other areas. He has over 50 years of experience in teaching and research at MIT, University of Southern California, the University of Illinois, Columbia University, and Emory University. He is frequently quoted and interviewed by Fortune, Financial Times, The Economic Times, The New York Times, and The Wall Street Journal. He is also a regular guest and frequent commenter for major news networks: BBC, CNBC India, and CNN.
He has been a consultant & advisor to leading global organisations including Citi, GE, Ernst & Young, Philips, Lockheed Martin, PWC, Ford, AT&T, Delta Airlines, General Motors, Lucent Technologies, Motorola, Nortel, Pillsbury, 3M, Whirlpool, Tata, Wipro, Aditya Birla Group, the Singapore Econ Dev Board and others. He has published more than 300 research papers and over 30 books – his autobiography titled The Accidental Scholar was released by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
